Social media management
You didn't start a business to write captions.
Apex plans, makes and posts the content for small businesses and sports clubs. You approve it on your phone. We handle the rest.
Most businesses don't have a content problem. They have a consistency problem.
You already know what to post. The photos are on your phone right now. What's missing is someone whose actual job is to plan it, make it, and put it out on schedule.
Flat monthly fee. Everything approved by you before it goes live.
What you get
Four things, done properly
No packages to decode. This is the whole service, and it's the same whether you're a club or a corner shop.
Content that looks like you
Captions, graphics and short-form edits built from your real products, staff and matchdays. No stock photos.
Includes: feed posts, stories, reels and carousels, plus simple branded templates so everything looks like it came from the same place.
A calendar you can see
Every post planned a month ahead in a shared board. Approve the lot in five minutes.
Includes: the month's plan with captions and visuals attached, comments where you want a change, and nothing published until you've signed off.
Posting and replies
Scheduling, stories, and same-day replies to comments and DMs, so an enquiry never sits unread.
Includes: posting at the times your audience is actually on, hashtag and tagging strategy, and anything that needs you personally flagged straight to your phone.
A report you'll actually read
One page a month: what went out, what landed, what changes next.
Includes: reach, follows and saves in plain numbers, the three posts that did best and why, and what I'm changing next month because of it.
Not included: paid ad budget, professional video production, and anything requiring round-the-clock coverage. If a job needs those, I'll tell you before we start.
How it works
From first message to first post
Three stages. You'll know exactly what's happening at each one, and nothing goes public without your say-so.
Days 1–3 · Free
The teardown
Send your handles. You get a written breakdown of what's working and the three things worth fixing first. No call, no obligation.
If you want to take that document and do the work yourself, that's a perfectly good outcome. It's yours either way.
Week 1
Setup
We agree the plan, collect your photos and brand assets, and build your first month. You review it before anything goes out.
This is the week that needs the most from you — roughly an hour total, mostly handing over what you already have.
Week 2 onward
Running
Posts go out on schedule, replies handled daily, and a report plus a short call each month.
From here your involvement drops to about thirty minutes a month: approve the next calendar, join the review call, send through any photos you've taken.
What I need from you
- Account accessInstagram, Facebook, TikTok — whichever we're running.
- What you already havePhotos, logos, past posts, anything sitting in your camera roll.
- Thirty minutes a monthTo approve the calendar and join the review call.
- A few phone photos a weekOptional, but it makes the content noticeably better.
You own every photo, video, graphic and caption produced — during and after we work together.

What you'll get back
- What's already workingThe posts worth doing more of, and why they landed.
- What's costing you followsBio, highlights, posting gaps, anything turning people away at the door.
- Three fixes, in priority orderSpecific enough to action this week, with or without me.
- A sample postOne piece of content made for your business, so you can see the standard.
It's yours to keep and act on however you like. If you'd rather do the work in-house afterwards, that's a fine outcome.
Who this is for
Built for local
Soccer clubs & academies
Matchday content, registration pushes, player features and sponsor visibility across a full season.
Trades & service businesses
Before-and-afters, jobsite clips and review posts that turn finished work into the next enquiry.
Shops, gyms & restaurants
Product and menu content, promos, and replies handled so you're not on your phone at closing time.
Not a fit: round-the-clock coverage, crisis PR, or large-scale media buying. I'll say so on the first call rather than take the work.
Questions
Straight answers
You have no clients yet. Why should I hire you?
Apex is new, but the work behind it isn't. I build and run websites for local businesses, and I've handled operations and customer service for a manufacturer — that's where the discipline around scheduling and follow-up comes from. Start with the free teardown: you'll see how I think about your accounts before committing to anything.
Do I have to be in the videos?
No. It usually performs better when a real person appears, but plenty of accounts run well on product and process content.
What do you actually need from me?
Account access, whatever you already have — photos, logos, past posts — and about thirty minutes a month to approve the calendar. A few phone photos each week makes the content noticeably better.
Who owns the content?
You do. Every photo, video, graphic and caption is yours to keep and reuse, including if we stop working together.
How fast will I see results?
Reach and engagement usually move in the first four to six weeks. Enquiries take longer and depend on your offer, not just your posting.
Can I cancel?
After the first 60 days, yes — 30 days' notice, no exit fee, and you keep everything made up to that point.
